Boil Water Advisory - Deep Dale

A boil water advisory is being issued by the Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority (LBCJMA) to approximately 50 service connections on Dawn Rd, Deep Dale Drive West, Dolphin Rd, and Trenton Rd, Levittown in MiddletownTownship, due to replacement of the water main. After the work is completed and water is restored, the advisory will remain in place until two consecutive days of samples are negative for total coliform bacteria with compliant chlorine residuals. No eating and drinking establishments are affected by this BWA.

Middletown Township Recipient of PECO Green Region Grant

Middletown Township has received a $10,000 grant from PECO Green Region Grant Program.
 
PECO is awarding $160,000 in Green Region Grants to 21 area municipalities and nonprofits in 2022, supporting a number of important initiatives with a focus on tree preservation and projects that enhance environmental equity.
 
The grant will assist in the purchase of a small parcel of vacant land adjacent to Firefighter’s Park that will expand the park.
 
“Our parks are essential gathering spaces that help keep our community healthy and active.”, said Middletown Township Board of Supervisors Chairperson Mike Ksiazek, “This grant will empower the Township to expand its parks and open space for the first time in nearly ten years”.
 
This acquisition will make Firefighters’ Park the sixth largest recreational facility in the Township and provide additional passive and recreational opportunities for residents and visitors.
