Questions from potential submitters and Township responses:
- What deliverables will be needed in addition to the deliverables required by DCNR? Two hard copies and one digital copy of the plan will be required, as well as any new GIS data created or compiled.
- Will the DCNR cost estimate spreadsheet be required along with the proposal? No, any format is acceptable for the cost estimate.
- What is the timeline for presentations and a decision regarding awarding the project? Expected timeline is presentations by invitation in July with anticipated award in August.
- What mapping/gis data is available that the Township can share for preparation of the Plan? Some parcel and property data is available in GIS files—data is available related to existing trails and sidewalks, as well as open space and township-owned properties.
