Memorial Day Hours and Trash Schedule

The Middletown Township Municipal Building will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Waste Management trash, recycling, and yard waste collections will be delayed by one day the week of May 25, 2026.

Middletown Township has adopted the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code.  The Uniform Construction Code is made up of the following series of codes:

  • 2015 International Residential Code (IRC)
  • 2015 International Building Code (IBC)
  • 2015 International Electrical Code (IEC)
  • 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC)
  • 2015 International Plumbing (IPC)
  • 2015 International Fire Code (IFC)
  • 2015 International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC)
  • 2003 Property Maintenance Code
