Subdivision and Land Development
The Subdivision and Land Development Process in Middletown Township is governed by both the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code and the Township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. The ordinance establishes regulations and design standards for development while outlining the plan approval process.
All applications are reviewed and must receive final consideration from the Planning Commission before receiving approval from the Board of Supervisors. Please see the Department of Building & Zoning Calendar for the relevant meeting dates.
If you are interested in beginning a Subdivision and Land Development project, please review the Township's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and contact the Department of Building and Zoning. Information about the Bucks County Planning Commission can be found here.
Please see the Planning Commission page for additional information. For a list of active projects, please visit the Land Development page.
