Jump to calendar

Middletown Township is seeking feedback on the Township’s Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and Pollution Reduction Plan (PRP). The 30-day public comment period is between June 1 and June 30, 2022 for the plan.

The intent of the TMDL/PRP is to establish the existing loading of pollutants discharged from the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) to Core Creek, Queen Anne Creek, Mill Creek, and Neshaminy Creek and to present a plan to reduce these pollutants. The TMDL/PRP public comment period is required under the terms of the Township’s MS4 Permit.

The draft TMDL/PRP will be available for public inspection at the Middletown Township building between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday or online.

Comments regarding the draft PRP should be sent to 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne PA 19047, Attn: Christina Bernhardt, Special Projects Manager or to info@middletownbucks.org. All comments made shall include the originator’s name and address. Written and public comments will also be accepted at a public meeting on June 13, 2022 at 7:00 PM.
