Middletown Township, Bucks County, PA, is actively searching for its next Township Manager to lead municipal operations and work closely with the Board of Supervisors. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional to oversee daily township functions, implement policies, and enhance services for the community.
The Township Manager serves as the chief administrative officer, guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring effective governance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a collaborative leader, and an innovative problem solver with a deep understanding of municipal management.
Key qualifications for the role include:
✔️ Proven leadership experience in municipal management
✔️ Expertise in budgeting, financial oversight, and strategic planning
✔️ Strong labor relations and contract negotiation skills
✔️ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
✔️ Minimum of five years in a senior municipal management role
