Residential Rental Inspections
Inspections are required for all residential rental units in Middletown Township every two (2) years and at the time of tenant change. This requirement applies to all apartments and condominiums rented in the Township.
To request an inspection, please complete the
Residential Rental Inspection application. A checklist of items reviewed during the inspection is available
here.

Note: Room renting and short-term rentals are prohibited in Middletown Township without a zoning variance.
